KTM Care Ltd will work to develop the service user's communication skills by means of Individualised Timetables.
Individualised Timetables will include the following:
- Expressive Drawings
- TEACCH Symbols
- Photographs
- Written Letters
- Makaton
- Verbal Prompting
To help KTM Care Ltd to review and monitor the further development of the service user we will support them to take part in:
- Service User Meetings
- Care Plan Meetings
- Annual Reviews
- Interviewing and Recruiting of new Staff
- Integration into local Community Groups
- Advocacy sessions
All the above are adapted to specific individual needs.
